Reading the story of Patrizia Cairo’s holiday in Stintino (holidays actually) for the column Seen by you, would like to take immediately this journey, right now: so be warned, reading about it can be addictive!
Also in 2021, and for the fifth consecutive year, I decided to spend the summer at the Club Esse Sporting, with a holiday in Stintino. The sea of Stintino is something unique… the different shades of blue make it a magical place in such a way that after it gets tough to deal without it.
But the added value of this place is the people who work there and put their soul into everything they do. Starting from the Hotel Manager Giacomo, Daniele and Katia, to the Restaurant staff managed by Gigi up to the reception and bar girls. The legendary Tore and Mario who don’t simply drive the shuttle to the beach, but are much more.
The real strength is represented by the entertainment team led by the legendary head entertainer Lele Barrella. Fun is guaranteed! During the day everything is organized down to the smallest detail, and in the evening hilarious shows await you.
Over the years we have learned to know and love more and more these exceptional people who put heart, soul and commitment into everything they do! Guerino, Anita, Giovanni, Dalila, Tiro, Eddie and all the others. Every year on the final farewell evening I have seen kids, but also adults, crying in despair.
Actually, the only ‘bad’ of this place is that it’s addictive and then you have to spend a whole year brooding in nostalgia waiting to be able to go back there and, above all, find old friends.
The Esse Sporting club and the Club Esse Roccaruja are a family and I am proud to be a part of it too!
