On Friday 23 October 2026, the halls of the Salone delle Colonne in Rome became a true Happiness Factory. Club Esse said goodbye to the summer with a colourful, indulgent evening inspired by the world of the chocolate factory.

For one whole evening, the capital was once again the meeting point for everyone who lived the Club Esse summer on the front line: staff, entertainers, resort managers, the operations office teams, partners, friends of the company and Prime guests.
Together, they raised a glass to the season that had just ended and relived its best moments.
Once again, the setting was the Salone delle Colonne, an elegant venue in the heart of the city that suited the fairy-tale atmosphere of the evening perfectly.
The dress code invited guests to add a touch of storybook sweetness, and they responded with enthusiasm.
This year’s theme was The Happiness Factory, a tribute to the world of the chocolate factory, where the secret ingredients of the evening, and of the whole season, were the people who were there.
A line-up of artists set the rhythm of the party, made to fill the dance floor and delight the ears:
- the violin of Giorgia Morgana;
- the sax of Max Fuzz Diotallevi;
- the percussion di Enrico Caruso;
- the musical direction of dj Daniele Paggi (dpmusic.it), who held the whole evening together.
Between toasts, the open bar was matched with nibbles, finger food and sweet tastings, perfectly in tune with the theme.
As always, the most anticipated moment was the awards. La Festa is the stage where the company says thank you to those who made a difference through their daily work over the summer and made our guests’ experience better.
Thanks 2026: the people who made the season special:
- Entertainment Team, Club Esse Palmasera, for the initiative and enthusiasm the whole team brought to one of the highlights of the Hero Camp programme, involving children and parents alike. They received the “Happiness Factory” award.;
- Drink Kong Baja Sardinia, Club Esse Cala Bitta, for the outstanding synergy and the added value they bring to our business, with shared passion, attention to detail and the ability to create unique experiences. Chef Andrea Lubrano accepted the award, presented by Enrico Meloni on behalf of the owners of Cala Bitta.;
- The Ai 27 Studio team (Valerio Albrizio, Khrystine Grytsychyn, Marco Lattanzi, Vincenzo Castaldi), for the strategic value created through the design and development of the “Negentropy” software, and for their constant support across all of the company’s digitalisation processes;
- The “Welcome Everyone” project, for the expertise and dedication with which it helps us turn our commitment to inclusion into concrete action, improving hospitality for young people with neurointellectual disabilities. Accepted by Alvise Fedrigo (our thanks also go to Francesco De Paola and Marco Tortul of “Oltre quella sedia”);
- Angelo Biscotti (sous chef, Club Esse Aquilia), for facing the season with a sense of responsibility, a spirit of sacrifice and a real passion for his work in the kitchen;
- Antonio Citino (bartender, Club Esse Palmasera), for choosing to grow with Club Esse, showing a strong sense of belonging, versatility and a desire to develop new skills;
- Umberto Adamo (Entertainment Manager, Club Esse Cala Gonone Beach Village), for quickly making the company’s values and goals his own, leading his team with a collaborative, results-driven approach;
- Lucilla Giuliano (Housekeeping Manager, Club Esse Palmasera), for her constant commitment to looking after, training and developing her team, and for her high technical expertise in running the Housekeeping department;
- Kitchen and Restaurant Team, Club Esse Posada, for their perfect synergy in delivering a quality food offer, and in particular for raising the profile of the breakfast service. Accepted by Giuseppe Rovere;
- Francesco Falconi (General Manager, Club Esse Roccaruja), for being a reliable point of reference for the company, his team and all our guests, showing a proactive spirit and a genuine bond with the resort.
The title of Best Staff of Summer 2026 went to Club Esse Sunbeach.
