We are preparing for APP 2023, the training and team building event that aims to train and motivate the professionals of the Club Esse hotels and resorts for a 2023 summer of top holidays.
APP is the traditional event in preparation for the summer season that offers participants the tools to carry out their duties and role within work teams with greater serenity and awareness.
What is APP 2023?
It is an opportunity to let teams and staff familiarize with the corporate reality of the hotel group and with future colleagues.
And above all it is a fundamental moment for all the operators who collaborate with Club Esse to guarantee you, who will spend your holidays in one of the chain’s hotels and resorts, a fantastic summer 2023.
Where and when will be held?
The event will be held from Wednesday 26 to Saturday 29 April in Sardinia, in the splendid setting of Cala Gonone (NU), at Club Esse Palmasera.
The management of the hotel chain and that of some of the partner companies will be present.
Hotel GMs and department supervisors are invited to participate, as well as collaborators from the various departments in which the company has chosen to invest in training and team building.
What will happen this year?
Scheduled for the 2023 edition are:
1. Theoretical and practical courses held by external trainers and consultants on:
- specific topics for each department;
- occupational safety and haccp;
- communication techniques and conflict management.
2. Meetings with company managers to share the objectives and quality standards for summer 2023.
3. Evening meetings with opportunities for entertainment and fun.
