The collaboration between the companies providing their services to the Club Esse hotel chain and the employment agency Il Tuo Lavoro is renewed.
The recruitment campaign for new resources to be included in various departments of the eleven prestigious resort along the wonderful coasts of Sardinia, Abruzzo, and Calabria is beginning.
Il Tuo Lavoro for Club Esse is looking for candidates to join the management, reception, stores, kitchen, F&B staff, housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, and lifeguard assistance sectors.
For all areas, the search is aimed at both team leaders and collaborators who can be part of individual work groups.
The basic requirements are:
- legal age;
- availability for the upcoming summer season and specific skills for each role;
- knowledge of English is appreciated;
- for roles involving public interaction, knowledge of another foreign language is also appreciated.
How to participate in the recruitment campaign
The employment agency Il Tuo Lavoro has planned numerous opportunities for online and in-person meetings with the companies operating in Club Esse, starting from February 2024.

After a preliminary evaluation to ensure the presence of essential requirements, the selectors will invite candidates to participate in an interview, giving them the option to choose the preferred mode.
Starting from February, it will be possible to undergo daily online interviews, while a specific schedule for in-person interviews will be communicated to the candidates.
With the consultancy of Il Tuo Lavoro, Club Esse has also planned free training courses on Haccp and Workplace Safety, as well as team-building activities, with the goal of creating an inclusive, serene, and sustainable work environment.
