From April 30 to May 3, Club Esse Palmasera in Cala Gonone hosted a new edition of the event dedicated to the training and growth of the people who will bring the Club Esse Summer 2026 to life.

This year’s theme was WOW – Welfare Optimizes Welcome: a concept focused on the value of people, shared work and team wellbeing as the foundation of authentic and effective hospitality.

APP 2026: every experience begins with the people who make it possible

Throughout APP 2026, managers and team members from different departments took part in training sessions, operational activities, workshops and discussion moments designed to strengthen skills, communication and collaboration.

A journey created to reinforce teamwork and face the challenges of the new season together, turning training into a real space for growth and sharing.

APP is not only technical preparation. It is also connection, listening and a shared identity.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Gulf of Orosei, APP 2026 once again became a place of energy, ideas and participation. A starting point built together, where every person helps shape something bigger: the way guests will experience Club Esse resorts in the months ahead.
