Training, synergy, and passion: APP 2025 kicks off the summer

In Cala Gonone, Club Esse brought to life a memorable edition of its training event APP, where tourism and teamwork blended effectively.

APP has become, year after year, a must-attend event.

It’s an occasion designed for hospitality professionals who want to approach the summer season fully prepared, strengthening both soft and technical skills, essential for enhancing every role within the resorts.

In the 2025 edition, the spirit of collaboration and the sharing of operational visions were at the heart of a rich training program, aimed at reinforcing the bond between professionals, local territories, and guests.

This year, APP also carried a special symbolic meaning: celebrating 15 years of Club Esse’s hotel management. A milestone that reminds us of how far we’ve come — and how much energy we still have for the road ahead.

APP 2025: what we experienced

All departments within the Club Esse hotel group worked together to promote shared goals such as:

excellence in hospitality
commitment to a more conscious and sustainable tourism

This edition covered topics such as communication with guests and colleagues, and cross-department collaboration, with a special focus on the food & beverage sector.

Participants explored the use of management systems across departments and discussed corporate guidelines.

Key themes included internal team dynamics, guest interaction, and the strategic role of dining services as part of an integrated hospitality approach.

There were also hands-on sessions on management tools and open discussions on best practices, with the aim of streamlining processes and strengthening a shared identity.

But the atmosphere of APP goes beyond training: surrounded by the lush nature of the Gulf of Orosei, participants also had the chance to bond outside the classroom through experiential activities and evenings filled with fun and teamwork.

From May 2 to 5, 2025, at Club Esse Palmasera in Cala Gonone (NU), APP marked a collective kickoff to summer, with the goal of once again delivering high-quality stays and warm, authentic hospitality in every Club Esse resort.

By working together to improve the services already appreciated by our guests, and through shared goals between team leaders and tourism professionals, our participants will help provide you with unforgettable holidays.
