When and Where
APP 2026 will take place from Thursday, April 30 to Sunday, May 3, 2026, in Cala Gonone (NU), Sardinia, at Club Esse Palmasera.
The program is designed for resort managers, department heads, and team members from different operational areas, offering both professional and personal development.
The program includes:
- Theoretical and practical training: sessions led by specialized trainers, tailored to each department.
- Operational standards: focus on workplace safety, HACCP procedures, communication, and teamwork.
- Company meetings: dedicated sessions with management to align on goals, quality standards, and operational procedures for the 2026 season.
