In preparation for the Summer 2026 season, Club Esse is launching a new recruitment campaign to strengthen the teams at its resorts in Sardinia and Calabria.
The initiative is also supported by the established partnership with Il Tuo Lavoro and with the companies that assist the chain in operational services.
Numerous professionals will join the Club Esse teams in resort located in some of the most popular destinations in Sardinia and Calabria for the 2026 summer season.
Opportunities are available across various professional areas: management, front desk, purchasing, kitchen, restaurant and bar service, housekeeping, maintenance, gardening and lifeguard assistance.
The search is open both to experienced professionals with supervisory responsibilities and to motivated candidates interested in joining the teams for the summer season.
To apply, candidates must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- be available for the entire Summer 2026 season and have skills relevant to the selected role;
- have knowledge of English, considered a preferred qualification;
- for guest-facing roles, knowledge of a second foreign language is also appreciated.
Application and selection process
Participation in the recruitment process requires completing the dedicated online application.
Starting from February 2026, online interviews are held daily. From March 2026, in-person meetings are also scheduled, according to a calendar that will be communicated directly to candidates.
After an initial screening of the applications received, recruiters will contact suitable candidates for an introductory interview.
The meeting will provide an opportunity to further assess skills, availability and expectations, as well as to offer a clearer overview of the work organization within Club Esse resorts.
In parallel, with the support of Il Tuo Lavoro, free training courses on HACCP and Workplace Safety are provided, along with team-building activities, with the aim of fostering a structured, inclusive and collaborative professional environment.
