ENTHUSIASM for having a complete experience
\nREADINESS to share experiences, smiles and excitement with thousands of guests
\nFLEXIBILITY for participating in great teamwork<\/p>\n

These, along with having reached the age of majority and availability for at least two consecutive months, are the basic requirements for entering our selection process<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For each area we staff, we assess specific abilities and skills during the hiring process. Specifically:<\/p>\n

COMMUNICATIONS AREA<\/strong>
\nPOSITIONS: Communications entertainers and Hostesses
\n– communications, organisational and interpersonal skills;
\n– preferred knowledge of at least one foreign language (English, German or French);<\/p>\n

SPORTS AREA<\/strong> (FITNESS \u2013 SAILING \u2013 WINDSURFING \u2013 FOOTBALL \u2013 ARCHERY \u2013 TENNIS \u2013 LIFEGUARDING)
\nPOSITIONS: Sports entertainers and Instructors
\n– excellent at one or more sports;
\n– communications and organisational skills;
\n– previous experience in teaching;<\/p>\n

CHILDRENS AREA<\/strong> (HERO CAMP)
\nPOSITIONS: Mini, maxi and Junior Club entertainers
\n– training in the social\/psycho-educational field;
\n– previous experience in summer camps, school camps, scouting;<\/p>\n

PERFORMANCE AREA<\/strong>
\nPOSITIONS: Choreographers and dancers, Costume designers, Sound\/light technicians, Piano bar
\n– specific technical skills<\/p>\n
